• Cancellation requests have to be received in writing to the conference secretariat.
• All refunds will be processed after the conference.
• Kit bags will not be available for Workshops and On-Spot registrations

Cancellation Policy

• 100% Refund if the event is cancelled due to covid or any government guidelines.
• Till 15.08.2024- 25% cancellation fee. 75% refund (against registration) will be processed.
• From 16.08.2024 till 15.09.2024 – 50% cancellation fee. 50% refund (against registration) will be processed.
• After 15.09.2024 – No Refunds
